Do you ship barbecue nationwide?
Yes. Smoked brisket, ribs, pork belly burnt ends, sausage, turkey breast and pork shoulder ship to every state from our pits in Arlington, Texas. Sauces, rubs, pistachios, the cookbook and merch ship too.
When does my order ship?
Cold food ships every Wednesday, so it never sits over a weekend. An order placed on a Wednesday goes out the following Wednesday, which gives the pit time to smoke it for your box rather than pull it off the counter. Sauces, rubs, pistachios, the cookbook and merch ship any weekday.
How is the meat packed?
Every cut is smoked, vacuum-sealed and packed cold with ice packs in an insulated box. It may thaw some in transit; that is normal. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.
What does shipping cost?
Orders of $199 and up ship free in the lower 48. Barbecue and cold food under that ships by box weight: $14 to $28 to Texas and 20 nearby states (UPS Ground, 1 to 2 days); $45 to $98 to the rest of the lower 48 (UPS 2nd Day Air, 2 days); $76 to $152 to Alaska and Hawaii (UPS 2nd Day Air, 2 days) on every order. Sauces, rubs, pistachios, the cookbook and merch under that ships by box weight: $9 to $29 anywhere in the US (USPS Ground Advantage, 2 to 5 days).
